1 General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between JackpotBet (jackpotbet.best) and all its members. This document has been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

• Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

• Any changes to your account details must be reported to our customer support immediately.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register and place bets on JackpotBet. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately.

• A national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your age at the time of registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• A photo of your National ID and a selfie must be submitted for KYC verification.

Your account must be verified before you can withdraw funds from JackpotBet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, with a daily maximum limit of ৳1,00,000.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• JackpotBet may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• JackpotBet reserves the right to confiscate funds if any irregularities are detected in a transaction.

6 Bonus, Promo & Reward Terms

JackpotBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements are typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• JackpotBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

7 Betting Rules & Result Determination

Placing bets on JackpotBet is subject to a few basic rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum limits vary depending on the specific market and event.
• JackpotBet sets a maximum win limit applicable to a single bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, JackpotBet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is incomplete or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• JackpotBet is not liable for bets that are delayed or unprocessed in live betting due to network issues.
• For accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out.

8 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

JackpotBet operates as a fair and transparent platform. Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

• Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited.
• Creating accounts to abuse bonuses or participating in syndicate betting is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to hack JackpotBet's systems or exploiting any other technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources are strictly prohibited.
• Stealing or misusing another member's account credentials is strictly prohibited.

Any involvement in the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

9 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

JackpotBet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Upon court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• If account details are leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from betting — betting is an entirely risk-based activity.
